This four layer, show-stopping chocolate cake with thick, Swiss Meringue Buttercream frosting was made specially for a devoted long-time surfer. The elaborate sea-loving confection features white chocolate, handmade surfboards, lots of fluffy, foamy-like frosting and a clever beach base made with ground graham cracker crumbs.
