That's right it is pie season!!! Absolutely one of my favorite times of year! I think pies are the perfect package. You get sweet filling with wonderful fruits, nuts, or even vegetables (looking at your pumpkin) and a wonderful "plate" of crust to hold it together and balance out the juicy deliciousness on the inside. Please keep in mind that I can make certain pies dairy free, and all pies can be made gluten free!
This year I am offering four different pies!
This lovely number is the Apple Cranberry with Pistachio Crumble! Basically, the apple crumble pie turned into a Thanksgiving flavor masterpiece! Pops of tart cranberry with a hint of salty pistachio simply add to the beauty of the apple and oat crumble.
I am also offering Spiced Pumpkin, and Maple Pecan!
And finally, the fourth pie, I do not have a picture of, simply because it sells so fast that I have neglected to take a photo of it before it is gone. I will be remedying that this week! So, keep coming back to check out the Pear and Ginger Pie!
This is a beautifully spiced pie with fresh pears, a brown sugar crumble topping, and candied ginger chopped up into it! It is a wonderful blend of sweet and warmth and perfect for any occasion!
